 With over 22 years of experience in respiratory care, I bring a strong record of excellence in patient care, team leadership, and strategic operations. I began my career as a critical care specialist in the ICU, advancing to lead respiratory therapist and stepping into supervisory and management roles before ultimately becoming a Director of Respiratory Care. My diverse experience spans multiple healthcare settings, from serving on the NICU transport team to leading a department in a critical access hospital. I have led a team nationally recognized for its ventilator weaning success and high-acuity care, taking on a pivotal role during the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. My journey from direct patient care to executive leadership has given me the opportunity to spearhead initiatives in crisis management, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction. With an MBA and a comprehensive understanding of clinical and operational best practices, I am passionate about mentoring healthcare professionals.
